789ph Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Player Agreement for the Philippines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 789ph ("789ph", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms apply to your access to and use of the website at 789ph.best, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games sports betting markets, promotions, and services offered through the789ph platform.

By registering a 789ph account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you are using789ph on behalf of another person, you also represent that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.

789ph reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of 789ph after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so you are always aware of the current Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 789ph Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 789ph.

To register and use 789ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players between 18 and 20 are not eligible.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction where online gaming through a PAGCOR-licensed operator is legal and accessible to you personally.
• You must not be a government official or employee in a position that prohibits participation in gaming activities under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — including789ph's own voluntary exclusion list or any national exclusion register — at the time of registration or during any active use of the platform.

789ph reserves the right to request documentary verification of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and witholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Each player is permitted to holdone (1) account on 789ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, shared device, shared payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify 789ph promptly of any changes to this information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789ph login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time PIN, or any verification code with another person. 789ph will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 789ph support immediately at support@789ph.best. 789ph cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to protect their login details.

KYC Verification

789ph is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or SS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and in some cases source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is complete.

All 789ph deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

Deposits made to789ph must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to someone else — are not accepted and will be returned. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified player account may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests from your 789ph account are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking day.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must all be met:

789ph offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, freets, free spins, bingo bonus cards, and special event promotions. All promotions are subject to individual terms published on the Promotions page. These general Terms also apply to all promotional activity.

Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to a789ph account are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific promotion) must be staked through eligible games before any portion of the bonus or resulting winings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less. Check the specific promotion's terms for contribution rates.
• If you attempt withdrawal while a wagering requirement is still active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Maximum bet amounts while bonus is active may be restricted. Exceding stated maximum bet limits during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

Bonus Abuse

Any behaviour that 789ph determines to be systematic exploitation of promotional terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated group play for bonus extraction, or low-risk play patterns designed to clear wagering with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

789ph offers pre-game and live in-play betting across a wide range of sports, including PBA, UAP, NCAA Philippines, Gilas Pilipinas international fixtures, NBA, and other major leagues. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is valid only when it has been confirmed by the 789ph system and bet ID is issued. Do not rely on a displayed selection alone; confirm receipt of the bet ID.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 789ph operates under both fixed-odds and certain floating-odds market formats as specified per market.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if a match is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if there is a clear technical error in the published odds. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance in full.
• Settlement: Results are settled based on official competition results as published by the relevant governing body. 789ph does not settle on unofficial or preliminary announcements.

In cases of obvious pricing error — where the published odds are clearly incorrect relative to fair market value — 789ph reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion, with full stake refund to the player.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on 789ph use a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator. Each result is entirely independent of the previous result. No strategy, timing method, or pattern can predict or influence the outcome of any spin, hand, or draw on 789ph.

Return to Player (RTP)

Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of rounds. They do not represent the expected return of any individual session. A published RTP of 96% does not mean a player will receive₱96 for every ₱100 staked in a short session.

Game Malfunction

If a technical fault occurs during any casino game session — including a disconnection, display error, or interrupted round — the outcome determined by the 789ph game server is the authoritative result. Malfunction voids all plays and affected stakes will be returned. 789ph is not responsible for device or network issues on the player's side.

Bingo Room Rules

Bingo cards are purchased per session. Once a session commences, purchased cards cannot be returned or refunded. Results are determined by the certified random number draw. Multiple bingo card holders in the same winning round share the applicable prize according to the room's published split rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 789ph. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending review, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of applicable balances:

• Opening or operating more than one 789ph account at any time.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the 789ph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or clearly incorrect odds for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in a non-human manner.
• Coluding with other players in live casino games or any multiplayer format on 789ph.
• Making threats, abusive comments, or harassing communication toward789ph staff or other players through chat functions.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the integrity of sporting events on which 789ph offers betting markets, including match fixing or insider information exploitation.

789ph cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected financial crimes, fraud, or sports integrity violations. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed as required by law.

789ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Suspected multi-accounting or use of the platform by a self-excluded individual.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be preserved subject to the outcome of the review. If a breach is confirmed, 789ph may apply deductions for losses attributable to that breach, including promotional funds obtained improperly. Any remaining legitimately earned balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 789ph account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance in good standing will be withdrawn to the player's verified account before closure is finalised.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 789ph's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, net of any withdrawals during the same period.

789ph does not accept liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 789ph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment system outages.
• Player losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their login credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform that is found to contain errors, provided that 789ph has acted in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits 789ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

All content on the 789ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 789ph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 789ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 789ph platform without prior written permission.

789ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the 789ph Privacy Policy. By agreing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

789ph uses your personal information to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, deliver promotional communications you have opted into, and comply with regulatory requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Regulatory disclosures to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities are made as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 789ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact789ph in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute through our internal complaints process. To raise a complaint, please email support@789ph.best with a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation.789ph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved between the player and 789ph, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with 789ph's licensing conditions.
