Understanding 789ph Promotion Terms — What You Need to Know
Every promotion on 789ph comes with clearly stated terms and conditions. We believe in full transparency — no hidden wagering requirements buried in footnotes, no surprise restrictions that appear only when you try to withdraw. Here's a plain-English breakdown of the common terms you'll encounter.
Wagering Requirements (Rollover)
Most 789ph bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times you need to bet through your bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets using that bonus. This is standard across the industry and ours are set at a fair 10x to 20x depending on the promotion.
Minimum Odds for Sports Promos
Sports betting promotions on 789ph typically specify a minimum odds threshold — usually 1.40 to 1.60. Bets placed at odds below the minimum will not count towards wagering requirements. This is to prevent bonus abuse through heavily favoured single-market bets with near-certain outcomes.
Promo Validity Periods
Each promotion has a validity period. Some bonuses like the welcome offer are one-time-only. Others like the weekly cashback and Friday reload are recurring. Unused bonus credits that expire will be removed from your account automatically — so make sure to use your bonuses within the stated time frame.
One Bonus at a Time
789ph operates a one-active-bonus policy. You cannot stack two promotions simultaneously unless specifically stated. Complete or forfeit your current active bonus before claiming a new one. Our support team can help if you're unsure of your bonus status — just tap the Live Chat icon any time.
Account Verification
To claim withdrawable winnings from bonus funds, your 789ph account must be fully verified — including mobile number and valid ID verification. This is a regulatory requirement under our PAGCOR licensing obligations and helps protect all players. Verification usually takes under 24 hours once you submit the required documents.

All 789ph promotions are designed for entertainment. Please only deposit and wager within your personal budget. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, visit our Responsible Gaming page to set limits or request a self-exclusion period. We care about every kabayan who plays on our platform.
